announced the appointment of Michael B. Polk as Interim Chief
Executive Officer. Seth Richards, former CEO of Implus, and Todd Vore, former
President, will be transitioning their leadership roles and leaving the company
to pursue other opportunities. 

Under the leadership of Seth and Todd, Implus experienced significant growth for over two
decades. The company acknowledges their contributions and expresses gratitude
for their leadership. As Implus enters a new phase of growth and expansion, the
company is excited to welcome Mike Polk as Interim CEO and Director. Mike is
also an Advisory Director at Berkshire Partners, a significant shareholder in Implus. 

Michael Polk brings a wealth of experience in the consumer products sector. Prior to
joining Implus, he served as President and CEO of Newell Brands from 2011 to
2019. With a background in leadership positions at Unilever, Kraft, and Procter
& Gamble, Mike’s expertise will be invaluable in driving Implus’ continued success.
